Ella's Big Day with a Big Bike!!

What an exciting day for Ella! She got her 1st big girl bike!! It is exactly the one she wanted too! The pink Barbie one with the little bike attached for her barbie to ride with her! Mima and Papa Skillz surprised her with it and she rode all day! She only fell twice and got back on and kept trying! She did a very good job and we are so proud of her. Giselle got the honors of riding first and experience those falls firsthand! She is growing up way too fast!!

Tiger who??

Daddy took us to the putting green to work on Ella's golfing skillz!! He figured that it is better to teach her the correct way before she learns bad habbits like Mommy!! She did a great job ...but had the attention span of a 4 year old. She lost interest and wanted to continue our bike ride. Oh well...a little at a time. Watch out Tiger!!

Happy Daddy Day!!

Happy Daddy Day!! We had a fun day! We met Daddy's childhood friend, Chad who happens to be the Daddy of my Ella's best friend, Emily!! We spent the morning with Chad, Natalie, Emily and her little brother Ryan along with Chad's parents. We had a great morning checking everything out. It was SO hot but well worth the trip!! Then we headed to see Papa (and Mima Skillz and Aunt Amanda). We had Lunch/Dinner with them. We had a great time. Mommy was there but she was behind the camera taking lots of pictures! Hope all the other Daddies out there had a great day!!

Family Fun Day turns to a weekend!!

Family Fun Day turned into Family Fun Weekend!! On Sunday we went to the lake with Mima & Papa Skillz and Aunt Amanda. It was a cloudy day and not real warm but we made the most of it and had a fun time swimming, riding the "little boat" (jet ski) and having another picnic lunch! We had a very fun time! Matt had to literally pull Ella out of the lake to leave! As for the pics in the dress...Matt got that for her in Mexico last year and it was way too big...not anymore. Our lil' Ella is growing up too quickly!!!

Family Fun Day of Biking!

We decided to get out and have some family fun...ALL of us! We went biking on an amazing trail along the river. We hopped on our bikes and hooked up the trailer with our girls! Then we had a picnic lunch and took some pictures! Everyone had a turn being photographer...Daddy with the extended arm for the family pic and Ella took one of Mommy and Daddy! We had a great day except for Mommy's burnt back! Ouch!! We love summer!!
