Our New Adventure

We are starting a new adventure! This one is taking us overseas! Matt will be coaching the junior national team of Qatar. He is settling in and we are adjusting to life without him. We are finishing up the school year and will be spending some time at Mima Dee's and getting in some visits with family and friends. We are really going to miss everyone but this is a great opportunity and we are excited.

Have a wonderful weekend...ours is rainy and nasty and ruined our plans of a movie at the park and a free hot air balloon ride at a festival. Oh well, we have settled for a happy meal, red box movie and laying on the sleeping bag on the floor pretending to be outside. Works for me! :)

Our return to C of O!

We took a trip to Branson and decided to visit some old friends around College of the Ozarks campus. It was just as beautiful as in our memories and boy did those memories come flooding back. Ella, who is a hopeless romantic, loved seeing where Mommy & Daddy shared their first dance, where Daddy asked her to marry him and where they were married. She was so excited!

We visited with Missy, Bob & Greyson at their home in Branson and even took in lunch at Lambert's (Home of the throwed rolls). Ella was very excited to put her arm up and catch that hot roll and surprised that they were always walking around with something to try...in addition to your HUGE lunch!! She tried macaroni & tomatoes and fried okra. She liked both!

New memories to add to all of our old, fond ones!!
