Time to Color Eggs

Time to color easter eggs! Ella did a great job!! Then Mommy hid them in the yard! Then Ella tried hard-boiled eggs for the first time and loved it! Mommy had to stop her after 2!!

Happy Easter Everyone!!
Mommy had a bad sinus infection and a lot of work to do so we decided to stay home over Easter break. We've gotten a lot of rest and relaxation, work done and have spent lots of time together. Rather than make an Easter dinner for just us...we went to one of our favorite restuarants for a Mommy/Daughter lunch and were suprised when we met up with the Easter Bunny there!! When we returned home, there was a basket waiting for the good girl!!Lots of cool things for her to enjoy! Miss the family and Daddy!!!

More fun at the egg hunt!

So many things to do at the Easter Egg Hunt!! Ella had a blast!! When we headed to the hunt, we had no idea that she would get to pet a camel, llama, calf, bunny, piggy, goats and even ride a pony!!! She also got a balloon from a clown in the shape of a butterfly..but if you turn it around..it is a humming bird or as Ella calls it, a "Bisa Bird" because Bisa loves them so much!! She also got to jump in a bounce house for the first time and I had to pull her out! As you can also tell in the pictures, she is growing like a weed!! It showed her at 3 1/2 feet!! Of course Ella had a great visit with the Easter Bunny! She talked his ear off and lingered after the picture! Our Chatty Cathy!! One of the highlights of the day was the pony ride. EVERYONE wanted the pony ride...so we waited in the long line...for about an hour..for the 1 minute ride! The things we do for our children! Did I mention that I am sick and have no voice!! Oh well...it was a wonderful morning. Finished off with a Happy Meal...and a long nap (my idea!)

Our great day at the Egg Hunt!

Ella & Mommy headed to an Easter Egg Hunt..she had a great time! She didn't care for the 6 egg rule. They opened it up later once they knew there was enough eggs. There was a HUGE turnout! Needless to say that by the time I got to Ella she had about 15!! She was quick!
