Snow Day!

There was LOTS of snow! It was beautiful! We got 2 snow days but with Mommy being sick we didn't stay out long. But it was still cool to play in the snow. We are making the best of the snow. At least it was "pretty snow"!! Too bad Ella wanted to wear Mommy's hat and it covered her eyes..and Mommy..not wearing any makeup...Ughhh!! :)

Hope you are enjoying your winter! Keep Mima Dee & Nee-Nee in your thoughts as they got ice instead and lost their power for days..it is still out! Maybe for another week or two! Can't imagine!! We'll take snow over ice any day!!:)

Happy Birthday Daddy!

Ella was very excited about getting a cake for Daddy. We put a candle in it and sang happy birthday! Then she got a belly ache from the icing..hasn't even made it to the cookie!! We would much rather eat cake with Daddy!!

This week..not so eventful

This week was not real eventful...although it was Jenn's 32nd Birthday! Crazy huh!! Like to think I am still 25!! Oh well! Ella kept asking me when my friends were coming over for my birthday party and where was my cake!! I was sick and we took the day off from school. We decided to go to the store and get cupcakes to put some candles in. Mission accomplished! It looked like a bonfire though...with only 24 candles!! We had 2 of my teacher friends over (Katie & Tricia - it was Tricia's bday on the 4th) this weekend and we had dinner & a movie..and candles in chocolate truffle cake!!! YUMMY! So I guess Mommy got her party after all!! :)

Our Fun Day at the Play Park

We had an unexpected beautiful day so we literally walked outside and scrapped our plans and went to the play park for over 2 hours!! Can't wait for our next beautiful day!! Daddy..she brought you up several times while there! We miss you!

Our New Years Eve

We had a quiet..well, not the right word...New Years Eve! We stayed home and had Ella's friends Breighen and Sydnee (Melissa's girls) over! We had fun dancing, singing and blowing horns as the ball dropped!! We had a good time! Hope everyone had an awesome New Years Eve and have an even better 2009!!!
